Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our specialist pharmacist team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacy Services Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services in our dispensary and wards, ensuring the safe, clinical, and cost-effective use of medicines.

Main Duties of the Job

You will effectively communicate with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to provide quality care, education, clinical supervision, and mentoring. You will also be responsible for implementing and reviewing policies, guidelines, and PGDs.

Person Specification

  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical or Technical Pharmacy or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Registered as a pharmacist with The General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Working towards and will have completed Independent Prescribing qualification by commencement in post
