Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will play a key role in the operational management of our clinical services, working closely with our MHLT Lead Nurse to ensure the effective implementation and sustained delivery of our Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor waiting times and ensure compliance with key performance indicators
- Provide professional governance and leadership within the team
- Support and oversee the triage of new referrals
- Attend internal and external meetings as required
