About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our nursing leadership team in West Norfolk. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for assessing, prescribing, and delivering care packages for patients with long-term conditions, palliative care, and rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and develop care plans for patients, using clinical reasoning skills to deliver high-quality care.
  2. Work collaboratively with the team, Clinical Leads, Service Managers, and Senior Management Team to ensure the team is empowered and skilled in delivering outstanding care.
  3. Lead the development of Nursing Teams and manage the differences in professional roles within integrated teams.
  4. Work with professional leads, maintain a clinical role, and ensure effective delivery of all safeguarding policies and procedures.
  5. Provide high-quality reports and data on clinical activity, encourage innovation, and share expertise within the multi-disciplinary team.
Person Specification

Essential

  • RGN and current NMC registration
  • 1st Level degree
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and its application

Desirable

  • Evidence of specialist clinical expertise within a relevant area such as COPD, Heart Failure
  • Master's degree incorporating Advanced Clinical Practice and Independent Prescribing (or willingness to undertake)
