We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll management, preferably in a UK-based organisation.

This role offers a competitive salary of £46,000 - £48,000 per annum and a 37.5 hour working week with flexible working options available. Key responsibilities include managing two payroll officers, providing payroll knowledge and troubleshooting expertise, and dealing with enquiries from all levels.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and their impact on the P&L and Balance Sheet. They will also be responsible for performing manual calculations, supporting internal and external auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Experience with accounts balance sheet reconciliations and Salary Sacrifice Pensions is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
