Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing for large volume, multiple entity and complex payrolls.

The salary for this position is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure country compliance is in place.
  • Review payroll policies and procedures to ensure they align with company standards.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Accounting or Diploma in Payroll.
  • 5-8 years of experience in leading payroll teams and managing team members across different locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
