Partnership Development and Revenue Officer

This exciting opportunity has been created to support the ongoing growth and success of our partnership team. As a Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive referral numbers, deliver exceptional service, and create new business revenue in line with targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated.
- Hit new business revenue targets from partner referrals.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on team performance. You should be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to produce high levels of telephone-based output.
What We Offer
A competitive salary (£40,000 - £55,000) with commissions linked to sales, 25 days annual leave (with up to 5 additional days available for purchase), birthday off, Employee Assistance Programme, private health insurance, life insurance, and a company car or car allowance.
