Job Title: Sales and Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our client, Market-Leading Events Company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities
- Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and partnership development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
