Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive business expansion globally. As CRO, you will oversee all sales and partnerships functions, ensuring alignment between teams and identifying new revenue channels through product innovations, strategic partnerships, and market expansions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Zeam Pay's comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with its core mission of transforming the retail and payments industry.
* Lead and scale Zeam Pay's global sales team, ensuring the team is equipped to meet ambitious revenue targets.
* Implement data-driven sales processes and metrics to enhance performance and accountability.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CRO, VP of Sales, or a senior executive leading revenue growth in technology or payment services.
* Deep understanding of the payment and fintech ecosystems, particularly in retail POS solutions.
* Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales and coordinating with marketing teams.
