Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to join our team in Holborn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the software industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets involves analysing market conditions, identifying target customer segments, and planning how to reach and convert potential customers.
  2. Sales Team Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and mentoring of the sales team includes setting sales quotas, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching to ensure the team meets its goals.
  3. Customer Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and potential customers helps drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  4. Collaboration: Working closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams ensures customer needs are met and drives product enhancements.
  5. Sales Data Analysis: Using analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions optimizes sales strategies.
  6. Sales Target Setting: Establishing realistic and achievable sales targets based on past performance, market conditions, and revenue goals is essential.
