About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to join our team at Elsewhen, a London-based consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, driving alignment across the GTM, and leading a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to establish a long-term view that balances short-term urgency with long-term enterprise value. Your expertise in consultative selling and ability to build strong relationships with c-suite clients will be invaluable in driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a revenue leadership role within the consultancy sector. They will possess a proven track record of responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue targets, as well as a strong drive to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results. They will also have exceptional leadership skills, with a history of building high-performing teams and implementing effective coaching and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to grow the business.
  • Drive tight alignment across the GTM, ensuring collaboration across Sales/Growth and Marketing.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing and sales initiatives to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling value propositions and messaging.
