Chief Revenue Growth Officer

The Tower seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Chief Revenue Growth Officer, responsible for driving incremental revenue across its portfolio of hotels.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales leadership to join The Tower's team and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Ambitious and results-driven, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing and new business opportunities, as well as leading a team of Sales Managers and Executives to achieve financial targets and business objectives.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will require excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering market-leading results through innovation and flair.
You will also need to be comfortable challenging convention, possess strong attention to detail, and have great communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
Familiarity with hotel operations and a solid understanding of sales systems are essential, as is your ability to organize and plan effectively to drive results.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your career development and overall wellbeing.
