Director of Luxury Sales

COREcruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the luxury hotel industry.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
- Lead a sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Create sales collateral, including rate sheets and proposals.
- Requirements:
- Successful track record as Director of Sales or similar.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of digital tools.
- Experience in creating local, international, and global strategy.
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
- Fluent English and another European Language.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of success. A competitive salary of €100,000 - €160,000 depending on experience is on offer.
