About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop a sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
    • Lead a sales team to achieve targets.
    • Establish relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
    • Create sales collateral, including rate sheets and proposals.
  • Requirements:
    • Successful track record as Director of Sales or similar.
    • Strong computer skills and understanding of digital tools.
    • Experience in creating local, international, and global strategy.
    • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
    • Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
    • Fluent English and another European Language.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of success. A competitive salary of €100,000 - €160,000 depending on experience is on offer.
