We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Sales Director to join our team at COREcruitment in the luxury hotel industry.

About the Role:
  • Pre-Opening:
    • Develop a comprehensive sales plan, including marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
    • Establish relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
    • Create sales collateral, including rate sheets and proposals.
  • Post-Opening:
    • Oversee and direct sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Manage team performance through recruitment, development, and training.
    • Identify emerging market trends and stay ahead of competition.
    • Optimize budgets to ensure maximum profit.
    • Report and present management information and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Director of Sales or similar, consistently meeting targets. Strong computer skills and understanding of digital tools are essential. Experience in creating local, international, and global strategies is also required.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record as Director of Sales or similar.

  • Experience in creating local, international, and global strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
  • Fluent English and another European Language.
