Head of Sales Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Sales Director to join our team at COREcruitment in the luxury hotel industry.
About the Role:- Pre-Opening:
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan, including marketing strategies and tactics.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Create sales collateral, including rate sheets and proposals.
- Post-Opening:
- Oversee and direct sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage team performance through recruitment, development, and training.
- Identify emerging market trends and stay ahead of competition.
- Optimize budgets to ensure maximum profit.
- Report and present management information and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Director of Sales or similar, consistently meeting targets. Strong computer skills and understanding of digital tools are essential. Experience in creating local, international, and global strategies is also required.

- Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
- Fluent English and another European Language.
