About the Role:CV-Library is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their international sales strategy and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring a high-performing sales team, building strong customer relationships, and developing tailored country and account plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the international sales strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and unlock growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and eCommerce channels, to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Create tailored country and account plans to maximise sales potential and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Be a visible leader, with regular visits to key accounts and field-based team members.
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with 5+ years of experience managing successful sales teams.
- Strong experience with omni-channel sales, including distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer/eCommerce.
- Data-driven decision-making with exceptional negotiation, contract management, and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused approach for both commercial clients and consumers.
- A second European language is an advantage.
- Development and performance of the sales team, reflected in sales metrics and account feedback.
