Sales Excellence Director

Influitive, a rapidly growing innovator in the marketing software space, seeks a seasoned professional to lead its customer success team as Vice President, Customer Success. With over $40M raised from top-tier venture capitalists, Influitive helps B2B marketers mobilize their customers to become advocates for the business.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for ensuring every Influitive customer is successful at generating value from our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, who can inspire and motivate a talented team of customer-facing professionals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success, including coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams to achieve their goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-centric initiatives
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the customer success team
• Represent the perspective of current customers and the customer success team at executive and leadership meetings
• Serve as a partner to sales and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through customer-centric strategies
• Post-secondary degree required; MBA or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and stock options.
