Senior Sales Development Manager

Zebra Technologies is a pioneering company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with our existing and new customer base to drive brand preference for our portfolio of products and services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, ideally in the technology industry, from hardware, software, connectivity, services, or solutions providers or offer industry-specific insight. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of delivering outstanding customer experience, adopting a strategic account development approach, opportunity development and execution, meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets, and having a growth mindset and transparency about their own strengths and development areas.
This role offers a competitive fixed salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus on-target earnings, company car allowance, and a range of corporate benefits including 25 days holiday + public holidays, up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice, reward & recognition scheme, pension scheme, matched contributions up to 7%, access to an innovative online learning platform, and employee assistance program.
