About the Job: We are seeking a talented Community Support Worker to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a full-time employee, you will work 37 hours per week with a competitive salary of £23,117 per annum.

In this role, you will support individuals with additional needs to participate in leisure activities, community visits, and in-house activities. You will also provide support services, facilitate active support, and promote community engagement.

We are looking for someone with a caring and patient nature, who can follow instructions and adopt a flexible approach. Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and a desire to make a difference are essential.
