As a Market Access Strategist at Access Infinity, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality strategic projects for our global pharma and biotech clients. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex global pricing and market access consultancy projects, developing and refining strategies based on client needs, payer perspectives, and health system dynamics.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including payer analogues and clinical data, to inform pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Oversee in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, using HTA outcomes and pricing data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high standards in research, analysis, and deliverables, while collaborating across teams for optimal outcomes.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, and contributing to proposal development.

About the Role:

We are seeking proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong project management and client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and delivery, with experience working as part of a team in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: An undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in global strategic market access consultancy.
  • Global Health Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of the structure and function of international health systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing complex qualitative and quantitative datasets, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
