At Ribbons and Reeves, we are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Support Worker to join our team. This Autism Support Specialist role in Southwark presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

  • One-to-One Support: Provide individualized support to pupils with ASD, helping them succeed academically and emotionally.
  • Group Interventions: Run sessions to boost pupils' development in key areas.
  • Inclusive Learning: Encourage children to engage with classroom activities, fostering participation and inclusion.
  • SEMH Support: Support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them regulate emotions and engage with their learning environment.
