About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Education Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with students of all ages, including early years, primary, and post-16, who have varying levels of special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students on a one-to-one basis, promoting a positive learning experience
  • Assist with sensory integration, working alongside designated care plans
  • Develop social and cognitive development in students
  • Follow individualized care plans for students with complex needs
Requirements
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Year-long contract with the option to extend
  • Ability to work with students of varying age groups and abilities
