We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support worker to join our team at a school in London.

About the Role:
  • Support teachers in preparing and delivering lessons tailored to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene as required.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience in dealing with challenging behaviour.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education, child development, care work, or a related field is a plus.
  • Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service.
Working Details:

Working Hours: 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday, Term time only.

Contract Type: Long term TEMPORARY

Estimated Salary: £95 per day.
