Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team. As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students during lessons, assisting with daily activities, and promoting positive behavior. You will work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to implement effective learning strategies tailored to each student's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students during lessons and assist with daily activities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to implement effective learning strategies
  • Foster independence and confidence in students by providing guidance and encouragement
  • Participate in the assessment and monitoring of student progress

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in support roles within education or social care
  • An empathetic and supportive nature, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A commitment to inclusive education and adaptability to modify support strategies based on the unique needs of each student

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
