BIAZA (British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums) is looking for a highly skilled Wildlife Engagement Specialist to join our team at Birdworld. As a key member of our conservation education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing conservation projects that inspire and educate visitors.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our team to design and deliver engaging conservation projects, focusing on protecting and monitoring native species.
  • Develop high-quality content for social media platforms, showcasing our conservation efforts and promoting our mission.
  • Deliver seasonal and themed events through public engagement and workshops, fostering a deeper connection between visitors and wildlife.
  • Must possess a full UK driver's licence and have access to transport.

Compensation and Benefits: This part-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £32,000, based on 12 hours of work per week. You will also receive a full outdoor-appropriate uniform and opportunities for overtime pay.
