Wildlife Care Specialist

As a Wildlife Care Specialist at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve in Kent, you will be working with primates and contributing to real conservation efforts. The role offers a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, including weekends and bank holidays. Onsite accommodation may be available.
The successful candidate should have experience working with primates in a mainstream zoological collection, as well as confident handling and restraint of animals where necessary. Basic knowledge of Office software and ZIMS is also required.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement enrichment programs for primates.
- Participate in animal training sessions to ensure effective care and management.
- Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality animal exhibits and habitats.
