Job Description

Job Title: International Wildlife Conservation Specialist

Job Summary: IFAW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Wildlife Conservation Specialist to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement conservation programs to protect wildlife and their habitats
  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to address wildlife conservation issues
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform conservation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to advance conservation goals
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve conservation objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. biology, ecology, environmental science)
  • At least 5 years of experience in wildlife conservation or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conservation programs
  • Strong network of contacts in the conservation community
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
