Destination Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Destination Development Specialist to join our team in London, Hammersmith. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of luxury wildlife products across multiple source markets, driving business growth and marketability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain destinations aligned with Scott Dunn's destination development strategy.
- Identify new product opportunities and stay at the forefront of the luxury travel market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate opportunities across Africa, Antarctica, Tigers, Grizzly Bears, Marine Wildlife, Conservation experiences, and Galapagos.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ground-handler tenders, ensuring maximum benefit to the business.
- Deliver destination product overhauls to deadline, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement new campaign ideas and website development, enhancing the guest experience.
- Plan fam trips, ensuring each trip delivers tangible business benefits.
- Manage relationships, leading supplier meetings, and representing Scott Dunn at tradeshows.
- Support sales teams through proactive identification of training requirements and building resources.
- Maintain accuracy and relevance of content within the product database.
- Effectively communicate with product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
You will have a deep passion for Sub-Saharan Africa and luxury travel, with evidenced ability to take ownership of product propositions and drive marketability.
A strong leader, you will have your finger on the pulse of industry trends, combined with creative flair, commercial awareness, and relationship management skills.
The minimum requirements include:
- Commercial acumen, with evidenced experience in managing commercial negotiations.
- Collaborative approach, with strong internal and external relationship management skills.
- Forward-thinking approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a great benefits package:
