Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ensure smooth organisation and execution of events, exceeding customer expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and communication.
Maximise pre-booked revenue through proactive outbound sales activities.
Manage the Collins booking system and oversee social media platforms to enhance event promotion.
Collaborate with venue and central teams to maintain consistency in event delivery.
Gain insights into the local market, including potential clients and competitors.
Create and support the delivery of bespoke events throughout the year.
