Job Title: Autism Specialist Assistant

Location: Oxford

Salary: £80-£95 per day (approx. £16,000 - £19,000 per annum)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as an Autism Specialist Assistant in Oxford. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with our therapists and psychologists to provide support to children with Autism and Learning Disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a therapeutic setting and develop your skills in supporting individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized support to children with Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Assisting with educational activities and therapies
  • Working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop individualized plans

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children or adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to use your own initiative.
