We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team as a Mental Health Assistant/Teaching Assistant in Oxford. As a member of our team, you will work closely with trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists in a primary phase specialist school.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, Complex Needs, and Behavioural Issues
  • Working alongside trained mental health professionals to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborating with a team to provide high-quality care and support to children aged 4 to 11
  • Shadowing sessions and learning from therapists and psychologists
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role includes a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction programme, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
