Learner Support Specialist
- We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learner Support Specialist to join our team in Oxford.
- In this exciting role, you will work closely with students aged 4-16, providing individualised guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
About the Position
- As a Learner Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote academic growth, confidence, and social skills in students.
- You will work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and guidance, ensuring that each student receives the individualised attention they need to succeed.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have additional needs or struggle with a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs.
