Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
Location: Oxford
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Oxford. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 4-16.
The successful candidate will have some experience working with children and be passionate about making a difference in their lives. Experience with children who have additional needs or diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, or other challenges is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure that all students receive individualized guidance to thrive in the classroom.
- Engage with students and help the class teacher deliver tailored support based on their unique learning requirements.
- Inspire and motivate students while building their confidence.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies and interventions that promote academic growth and personal development.

- Some experience working with children is essential.
