Role Summary
UMO seeks a skilled mentor to work with university students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Conditions. As a Specialist Educator, you will provide one-to-one support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Key responsibilities include monitoring mental health, assessing risk, and preventing drop out from university. You will also support students in developing life skills, encouraging personal responsibility, and promoting independence.

This role requires a strong understanding of Autism and its impact on students' learning experiences. A background in autism support and experience working with young people or adults with ASC is essential.
