Student Casework Specialist

The University of Oxford invites applications for a Student Casework Specialist to support the Education Policy Support team.
About the RoleThis fixed-term contract, until 31 July 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and supportive team managing sensitive and complex student dispensation and appeal cases. As a Student Casework Specialist, you will handle individual case loads and provide advice and guidance to administrative and academic staff across the collegiate University on matters of education policy and procedure related to student casework.
Key Responsibilities- Manage individual case loads covering a range of issues including major adjustments to study for disability, exceptional extensions/suspensions or re-sits, and appeals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to administrative and academic staff on education policy and procedure related to student casework.
