Job Summary:

Oxford Brookes University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing external relationships with schools and colleges, and supporting the delivery of on-campus recruitment events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract prospective students to Oxford Brookes University
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and other agencies
  • Support the delivery of on-campus recruitment events and activities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote Oxford Brookes University

Requirements:

  • Experience of advising prospective students and delivering impactful presentations and workshops
  • Knowledge of successful sales/recruitment practices
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel widely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
