Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our school business department. This includes managing finances, human resources, health and safety protocols, premises management, and compliance. If you have a passion for education and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

About You
  • You must have considerable experience in school business matters, with a strong understanding of financial knowledge and procedures.
  • You should be able to identify value for money and quality in all resources and services, ensuring efficient use of school funds.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety protocols for schools is essential, as well as the ability to support staff in meeting guidelines.
  • You will be proactive, organized, and able to lead and work within our small friendly team, meeting deadlines and ensuring seamless operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community.
