We are a well-established online retail B2C business, specialising in Bedroom Furniture and we are looking for a motivated, creative, and decisive Warehouse Shift Supervisor to assist the warehouse manager in the continued growth of the business. This is an exciting new position, with great aspects of autonomy. The applicant must show leadership skills with the ability to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor the intake and storage of products. Dispatching of orders, internally and externally
- Oversee daily operations.
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus to reducing picking errors
- Liase with the warehouse administrator to keep stock control systems up to date and make sure stock inventories and locations are accurate
- Ensure there are sufficient warehouse supplies for daily operations.
- Enforce all company rules and regulations.
- Must Have experience in enforcing and implementing health and safety regulations
- Providing a Right First Time Every Time mindset and culture

Essential Experience:

- previous experience in a warehouse role.
- Driving licence - preferred
- Forklift truck License - preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Planning and organisation skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
