**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our company in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our database systems.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an office environment or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.31 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
