Property Administrator

Duties:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property management office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and files
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing tenancy agreements and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with maintenance staff and vendors
- Assist with rent collection and accounts receivable and payable duties
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Vebra Alto or similar property management software
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Previous administrative experience in a property management or Estate Agency setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Desirable: ARLA or NAEA qualifications. Knowledge of the property markets in Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford.
We are flexible on what time you start and leave each day as long as you work a minimum total of 16 hours per week.
