Established in Yorkshire, Executive Recruit is a prominent business collaborating with clients to fill key roles. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Administration Specialist to support the Sales Director in managing sales and administrative tasks.

About the Role

This dynamic role combines essential sales coordination responsibilities with administrative duties to enhance productivity and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

The successful Sales and Administration Specialist will provide daily administrative assistance to the Sales Director, prepare sales documents and proposals, maintain CRM systems, and facilitate smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Director Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the Sales Director.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare sales documents, proposals, and contracts; maintain CRM systems; and track key sales metrics.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as primary point of contact for the Sales Director, ensuring timely follow-up with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Document Management: Organise reports, presentations, and meeting materials for both internal and client-facing sessions.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and client visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and administrative processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a proactive approach to using technology to streamline processes.
