We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales and bookings.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing revenue through the management of block bookings, party bookings, and day-to-day running of parties. This role involves approaching local groups, organizations, and corporate clients to arrange visits and secure bookings. Additionally, the Sales Manager will organize classes and develop strategies to boost overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- **Block Bookings and Party Bookings**: Manage and coordinate block bookings and party reservations. Ensure seamless execution of parties, providing an exceptional customer experience from booking to event completion.
- **Day-to-Day Party Management**: Oversee the daily operations of parties, ensuring all events run smoothly and guests have a fantastic experience.
- **Community Engagement**: Approach local groups, schools, and organizations to promote Adrenaline Trampoline Park as an ideal destination for visits and activities. Develop relationships with community leaders to drive group bookings.
- **Corporate Bookings**: Identify and engage potential corporate clients for team-building activities and events. Develop tailored packages to meet corporate needs and secure bookings.
- **Class Organization**: Organize and manage classes, including fitness sessions, toddler activities, and special events. Ensure classes are well-promoted and attended.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase overall revenue. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet targets.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
