Business Development Director for a Leading Banking Institution

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to manage one of our largest and most prestigious accounts with a renowned Banking Group in the nation.

This key role involves developing trusting and long-lasting relationships with the client's decision-makers, portraying a high degree of professionalism, confidence, and boundless energy.

As the key interface between us and this banking institution, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue within this account by identifying their needs and requirements, interpreting briefs, and expediting necessary areas of the business.

A commercial thinker with boundless energy is required to ensure existing clients' needs are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements. The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast-paced, high-volume turnover sector.

The salary for this role is estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable countermeasures, we encourage you to apply.

Main Duties:
  • Strengthen the client relationship through proactive account directorship.
  • Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target.
  • Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase income generated.
  • Develop processes that help to accurately forecast upcoming workloads.
  • Promote professionalism through manner, appearance, and delivery while always keeping promises.
