Job DescriptionThis onsite role involves taking inbound calls on behalf of our prestigious banking client, Virgin Money. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to customers while navigating digital services and resolving queries related to their banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping customers use digital services and guiding them through the process
- Resolving customer inquiries and challenges related to their banking
- Building rapport with customers and finding suitable solutions to meet their needs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse personalities
- Flexible and positive working approach to suit customer needs and business demands
- Digital-first mindset and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with the team
- A caring and positive attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Some financial services experience and knowledge of banking products
