About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences over the phone.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £23,795.20 per annum, which is equivalent to £11.44 per hour. You will also be entitled to 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 30 days following your 1-year service anniversary, as well as other benefits such as refer & earn scheme, pension scheme, and employee welfare support.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone, helping them to use digital services and educating them on the benefits of digital banking.
  • Resolving any queries or issues that customers may have with their banking, which can bring challenge and reward.
  • Having great conversations with customers to understand their needs and desires and find the best solutions for them.
  • Working with colleagues across our contact centres to ensure that customers always have the right person to speak to.
