We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Teleperformance Customer Advocate. As a Customer Service Representative for Virgin Money, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative for one of the UK's leading banks. You will be based on-site at our premises and will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers, each with their own unique needs and requirements.
  • You will work closely with colleagues across the contact centre to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You should be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • You should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You should have a basic understanding of digital banking products and services.
Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annumBenefits:
