About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Agent. This role offers the opportunity to build a career within a strong and supportive company, with a focus on customer relationships and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
- Create strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
- Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information
- Work to achieve set KPIs, ensuring they are met on a weekly basis
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Driven and confident individual, willing to learn new skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience working to meet set KPIs
- Available for Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts
- Strong computer skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum
- Opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after 3 months
- 37.5 hours per week, with shifts across 8am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-2pm
- 28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
- Pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and minimum 4% employer contribution
