Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
  • Create strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
  • Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information
  • Work to achieve set KPIs, ensuring they are met on a weekly basis
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Driven and confident individual, willing to learn new skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Experience working to meet set KPIs
  • Available for Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts
  • Strong computer skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum
  • Opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after 3 months
  • 37.5 hours per week, with shifts across 8am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-2pm
  • 28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
  • Pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and minimum 4% employer contribution
  • Life assurance with 3 x annual salary coverage
