Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Deliver tailored one-on-one lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.">
  3. Create a safe, supportive, and positive space for learning, where every child is empowered to succeed at their own pace.">
  4. Implement EHCPs for each student when necessary.">
  5. Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and other professionals.">
  6. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to ensure students are on track to achieve their goals.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • PQGE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.">
  • Experience working with children with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs – highly desirable.">
  • Full, valid driving licence and access to a car, as travel between student locations is required.">
  • Enhanced DBS on the update system – advantageous, but can be applied for through SEND Inclusion Support.">
