Child Development Support Professional Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Support Professional to join our team at RecTech Solutions Ltd. This role involves providing high-quality childcare and education to children aged [insert age range].

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting a nurturing environment that encourages learning and development. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational activities that promote learning and development
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to ensuring practice in the nursery meets the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare
  • Experience working in childcare or nursery settings
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
