Senior Residential Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in the St Albans area. This rewarding role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs.

About the Role
  • Work with the team to promote and support young people in leading a life of positive development
  • Ensure day-to-day management is facilitated in a professional manner and support the Service Manager
  • Lead a team to provide therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child
  • Record events and observations, progress reports, and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models
  • A minimum of 12 months experience and a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
  • Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible, and resilient
Salary and Benefits

£30,580.64 per year (pro-rata) + £13.20 per hour + £3,000-£6,000 per annum sleep-in allowance
