">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to join our team at St Matthews. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
">Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of care provision;">
- Supervising and supporting staff members to ensure they receive adequate guidance and training;">
- Providing direct care to residents on a daily basis, promoting their physical and emotional well-being;">
- Working closely with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care and adhere to regulatory requirements.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this rewarding role, you must possess:

- A minimum of NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification;">
- Significant experience in dementia care, with a strong understanding of its complexities and challenges;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.">
