Care and Support Specialist

We are looking for a compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Turning Point.
This role will involve working closely with individuals who require support with their mental health, as well as carers who need assistance in their caring roles. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality services that make a positive impact on people's lives.
The successful candidate will have experience working in mental health settings, ideally in an outreach capacity. You will be required to manage your own case load and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to service users and their families.
A full driving license with business insurance is essential for this role, as you will be required to transport service users and/or carers as needed. Mileage reimbursement will be provided at a rate of 45p per mile.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 - £31,400 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to purchase additional holidays and spread the cost.
